From the home screen, tap "Add Student" and enter the enrollment code for your additional child. You can add children from the same school or from different schools. They'll all appear on your dashboard.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

From the home screen, tap "Start Pickup." Select which children you're picking up, choose your vehicle (or enter vehicle details), select your estimated arrival time, and confirm with Face ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode.

The school sees that you're on your way. When you arrive at the car line or the walk-up point your school uses, tap "I'm Here!" A location check confirms you're at the school, staff get your child ready, and the pickup is confirmed by staff or by you.

Only at two moments. When you start a pickup, the app uses your location once to estimate your drive time. When you tap "I'm Here," it confirms you're at the school so staff know you've arrived. Location is required for both steps, it is never stored, and it is discarded as soon as the check is done.

Yes, you can cancel an active pickup from the pickup status screen. A confirmation dialog will appear. Note that your school may set a daily limit on cancellations.

For your child's safety, PickupFlow requires a phone lock: a passcode at minimum, with Face ID or fingerprint preferred because it's faster. It confirms every pickup request and every change to your authorized adults, so no one else can make them from your account. A phone without a lock can't start a pickup or add an adult until you turn one on in your phone's settings.

After tapping "I'm Here," you may be asked to select which lane you're in. This helps staff locate your vehicle quickly.

Go to "Manage Authorized Pickups" on your home screen, tap "Add Authorized Person," enter their name, email, and relationship (grandparent, nanny, etc.), select which children they can pick up, and confirm with your phone lock (Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode).

If they already have a PickupFlow account, they'll receive a notification to accept. If they're new, you'll receive a 7-day invitation code to share with them. They'll use it to create their own account.

After adding the person, you can copy the code or use your phone's share feature to send it via text message, email, or any messaging app.

Yes, go to "Manage Authorized Pickups," find the person, and tap "Revoke Access." Their authorization will be removed immediately.

Yes. You'll receive real-time notifications when an authorized person starts a pickup, arrives at the school, and completes the pickup.

Tap the "Calendar" section from your home screen. You'll see today's dismissal time, upcoming events, and any schedule changes your school has posted.

Yes. Your school can send push notifications about early dismissals, schedule changes, weather delays, and other important updates directly through the app.

Yes. If you have children enrolled in multiple schools, use the dropdown at the top of the calendar screen to switch between school calendars.

Go to Account Settings and tap "Notification Preferences." You can toggle push notifications on or off, and choose whether to receive messages from other guardians.

Go to Account Settings, then "My Vehicles." You can add multiple vehicles with color, make, model, and license plate. Set one as your primary vehicle, and it will be pre-selected during pickups.

Go to Account Settings and tap on your phone number. Enter your number with country code, and you'll receive a 6-digit SMS verification code. Phone verification is required before your first pickup.

Yes. Go to Account Settings, tap "Change Password," enter your current password, then set a new one following the password requirements.

Go to Account Settings and look for "Pickup Authentication Method." You can toggle between biometric authentication (Face ID/fingerprint) and device passcode.

Yes! PickupFlow is available in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Change your language preference in Account Settings.

Go to Account Settings, open the "Delete Your Account" section, and tap "Delete My Account." You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm, and re-enter your password if you sign in with one. This is immediate and permanent: your profile, vehicles, and authorizations are removed. Completed pickups stay in your school's custody record and still show the name of the adult who picked up each student.
