Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? You can get a reset link from the sign-in screen in the app.

Get a reset link

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Email.
3. Open the email from PickupFlow and tap the link to choose a new password.

Email not there?

• Make sure the address on the screen is the one you signed up with. For your privacy, the app never says whether an account exists for an address.
• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Tap Resend Email for a new link.

Already signed in?

Tap More, then Account settings, then Change password.
