Yes. New schools can run PickupFlow for 60 days at no charge before the paid term begins. The pilot includes full functionality and onboarding.
? Are there any per-student, per-parent, or setup fees?
No. The annual subscription is the only fee. There are no setup fees, no per-student fees, no per-seat fees, and no charges for parent app downloads or use.
? Is there any hardware to buy?
No. PickupFlow runs on the devices your school already has: a computer or tablet in the front office and staff phones. Parents use their own phones.
? What support is included?
Onboarding, staff training, and ongoing support are included with every school. Parents and guardians get in-app support at no extra cost. There are no support tiers.
? Do you work with multi-campus schools and districts?
Yes. Organizations with more than one campus receive a combined quote. Contact us and we'll put it together.
? Does it connect to our student information system?
Not directly yet. You import students from a CSV file exported from any system, using the template inside the app. During the year, admins add new students, change grades and homerooms (one at a time or in bulk), update guardian emails, resend enrollment codes, and disable students who leave, all in the admin console.
? Can we get our records out?
Yes. Your custody records can be exported at any time. They belong to your school.
