Sign in to the PickupFlow app on your phone with the email and password you used to create your account.
Sign in
- Open the PickupFlow app.
- Enter your email and password. Tap the eye icon to see what you typed.
- Tap Sign in. The app opens on Home.
See Check your email instead? You still need to confirm your email address.
Sign in with your phone lock
If you've turned on sign-in with your phone lock (passcode at minimum, Face ID or fingerprint preferred), tap the button under Sign in.
Forgot your password?
Tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen, then follow Reset Your Password.
New to PickupFlow?
Tap Don't have an account? Sign up, then pick the code you have:
- A code from your school: Create Your Account with an Enrollment Code
- A code from a guardian who invited you: Create Your Account with an Invitation Code
On a computer?
Families use the phone app. The PickupFlow website is for school staff and admins. Get the PickupFlow App
