Create Your Account with an Invitation Code

When a guardian adds you as an authorized adult, they share an invitation code with you. You use it to create your account in the PickupFlow app on your phone.

Create your account

1. Open the app and tap Don't have an account? Sign up.
2. Tap Invitation code.
3. Type the 8-character code and tap Verify code.
4. Check the details on the confirmation screen.
5. Choose a password, type it again, and tap Accept & create account.

Then sign in and confirm your email

Sign in with your email and your new password. Tap the link we email you, then go back to the app and tap I've verified, continue. Confirm Your Email Address

Code not accepted?

Check that you typed the whole code exactly as it was shared. A code that has expired or was already used won't work, so ask the guardian who invited you for a new one.

What you can do as an authorized adult

You can start pickups for the children you're authorized to pick up, and see their notifications and school calendar. Messaging the school and changing a child's schedule stay with the child's guardian.
