How to Delete Your PickupFlow Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, vehicle information, and authorized pickup relationships will be permanently removed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the PickupFlow App

Launch the PickupFlow app on your mobile device (iOS or Android) or access the web app at app.pickupflow.app.

Navigate to Settings

Tap the menu icon or your profile picture, then select Settings from the menu.

Open Account Settings

Select Account Settings from the Settings menu.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll down to find the Delete Account button and tap it.

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the information carefully, then tap Delete to confirm. You will be signed out immediately.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Your personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Vehicle information you registered
  • Authorized pickup relationships
  • Push notification preferences
  • App preferences and settings

Data Retention Notice

Please note the following about data retention:

  • Processing Time: Your account deletion will be processed within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
  • Email Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your deletion request is initiated.
  • School Records: Schools may retain certain pickup history records as required by their policies and applicable laws. This data is anonymized and no longer linked to your account.
  • Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal disputes).

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access PickupFlow with your deleted credentials
  • If you wish to use PickupFlow again, you will need to create a new account
  • Any students linked to your account will need to be re-enrolled by a guardian
  • Schools will be notified if you were a primary guardian for enrolled students
